Method
Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, whipped heavy cream, passion fruit puree, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Tiramisu
- Dip ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and layer them in a 9x9 inch dish. Spread half of the filling over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
