  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  4. Place on a baking tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
