No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking pan to form the crust.
Prepare the filling
  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries and whipped cream until combined.
Assemble and chill
  1. Spread the filling over the crust in the baking pan.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
