  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup apples, diced preferably Granny Smith
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped optional
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apples, chopped celery, and walnuts.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
