Prepare the Cake
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the cake mix, water, and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Assemble the Dessert
- Once the cake has cooled, layer the ice creams on top of the cake in alternating colors. Freeze until firm.
Make the Meringue
- Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla extract.
Bake the Alaska
- Spread the meringue over the ice cream layer and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
