Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
Filling
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly.
  2. Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms. Press into tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake crust for 20 minutes until golden.
Make the filling
  1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, eggs, and heavy cream.
  2. Pour filling into baked crust and bake for an additional 25 minutes until set.
  3. Allow to cool before serving.
