Prepare the crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms. Press into tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.

Make the filling
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, eggs, and heavy cream.
- Pour filling into baked crust and bake for an additional 25 minutes until set.
