Salad
  • 2 peaches ripe peaches sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Method
 

Grilling Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with mesquite seasoning.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Preparing Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, mixed greens, and feta cheese.
