  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Crust
  • 1 package Pie Crust store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the potato mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the potato mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
