Ingredients
  

Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup green candy melts
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles green and gold

Method
 

Prepare the Baking Sheet
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Spread and Add Toppings
  1. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly. Drizzle green candy melts on top and swirl with a toothpick. Sprinkle crushed Oreos and sprinkles over the top.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
