Prepare the Baking Sheet
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Spread and Add Toppings
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly. Drizzle green candy melts on top and swirl with a toothpick. Sprinkle crushed Oreos and sprinkles over the top.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
