Beef and Tater Tot Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef cooked and drained
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 bag tater tots frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  4. In a casserole dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by the tater tots and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
