Preparation
  1. Soak the dried apricots in water for a few hours until they are soft.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the soaked apricots, sugar, and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
