Ingredients
  

Bread Base
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Garlic Topping
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Bread Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, eggs, and baking powder.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
Bake the Bread
  1. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Garlic Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  2. Spread the garlic mixture over the baked bread base.
  3. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
Final Bake
  1. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
