Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the olive oil, then dip into the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
