  • 2 medium zucchini sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Preparation
  1. Slice the zucchini and onion, and mince the garlic.
Cooking
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the zucchini and onion, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
  5. Serve hot.
