Ingredients
  

Sardines
  • 8 pieces sardines cleaned and filleted
Crust Mixture
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably Italian seasoned
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Baking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the sardines with the crust mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the coated sardines on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
