Preparation
- In a blender, combine eggs, milk, cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Add water to the Instant Pot, place the trivet inside, and arrange the molds on top.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before quick releasing remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the molds and let the egg bites cool slightly before serving.
