Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk can use any type of milk
  • 1 cup cheese shredded, any type
  • 1/2 cup vegetables chopped, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  3. Add water to the Instant Pot, place the trivet inside, and arrange the molds on top.
  4. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before quick releasing remaining pressure.
  5. Carefully remove the molds and let the egg bites cool slightly before serving.
