Popsicle Base
  • 4 figs fresh figs honey roasted
  • 1 cup goat cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Method
 

Prepare the Figs
  1. Roast the figs in honey until caramelized.
Blend the Mixture
  1. Blend the roasted figs, goat cheese, honey, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Fill the Molds
  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
