Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Add chicken thighs and marinate for 15 minutes.
Prepare Vegetables
  1. On a sheet pan, arrange the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Combine and Bake
  1. Place the marinated chicken on the sheet pan with the vegetables. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
