Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese Cut into sticks
Breading
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
Oil
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil For frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Breading
  1. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Frying
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry the breaded mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
