  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Cheese and Bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 4 slices bread cubed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cubed bread and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
