Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, flour, and salt.
- Add the cold cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add the ice-cold water until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into squares and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
