Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Baking
  1. Spread half of the cookie dough in a baking pan.
  2. Add the Nutella filling on top.
  3. Cover with the remaining cookie dough.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
