Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped) e.g., almonds, walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits e.g., cranberries, raisins
  • 1/4 cup seeds e.g., chia seeds, flaxseeds
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
