Salad Ingredients
  • 200 grams Halloumi cheese sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice for dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. Grill the halloumi slices until golden brown on both sides.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and mixed greens.
  3. Add the grilled halloumi to the salad bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
