  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze for drizzling

Method
 

Grilling Watermelon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the watermelon into thick slices and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Assembling the Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled watermelon, feta cheese, and basil leaves.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Toss gently to combine and serve on a platter.
