  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1 pound Grilled Chicken Breast sliced
  • 1 avocado Avocado sliced
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Add the grilled chicken and avocado slices on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
