  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
Green Goddess Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Salad

Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
