Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 large Cucumber diced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 medium Red onion sliced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper chopped
Cheese and olives
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives pitted
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped vegetables.
  3. Add the crumbled feta cheese and pitted olives to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
