Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta cooked and cooled
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
Cheese
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and black olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
