Watermelon Lime Bars
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice, honey, and lime zest to the blender and blend until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
