Ingredients
  

Vegetables and Fruits
  • 4 cups fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cucumber cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the tomatoes, strawberries, cucumber, red onion, and garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, then blend again until well mixed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve cold, garnished with additional strawberries or herbs if desired.
