Onion Mixture
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Dip Base
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Onions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions, salt, and sugar.
  2. Cook onions, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 30 minutes.
Mix the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add the caramelized onions to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Serve
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
