  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Add salt and lime juice to the mixture and stir well.
