Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pasta any type
  • 1 cup peas fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

  1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  4. Stir in peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and serve warm.
