  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork with salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the patties.
  2. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
