Ingredients
  

Mint Patty Mixture
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk or as needed
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Method
 

Prepare the Mint Patty Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, softened butter, peppermint extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill and Coat
  1. Refrigerate the patties for about 30 minutes until firm.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Dip each patty into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return to the baking sheet.
  4. Chill again until the chocolate is set.
