Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1 cup salsa

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Assembling Tacos
  1. Warm taco shells in the oven.
  2. Fill each taco shell with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
