Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup yogurt for sauce

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. Combine chicken, olive oil, shawarma spice mix, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Cook Chicken
  1. Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Assemble Shawarma
  1. Serve the grilled chicken in pita bread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and yogurt sauce.
