  • 1 bell pepper sliced any color
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
Tortillas
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning and stir well.
  3. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
