Ingredients
  

Nuts and Seeds
  • 1 cup hazelnuts toasted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons cumin seeds toasted
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
Blend the Dukkah
  1. Allow the toasted ingredients to cool slightly.
  2. Transfer to a food processor and add black pepper and salt.
  3. Pulse until coarsely ground.
Serve
  1. Serve with olive oil and bread for dipping.
