Ingredients
  

Chicken Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks canned or fresh
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 tablespoon Water for cornstarch mixture

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  6. Add the slurry to the crockpot in the last 30 minutes of cooking to thicken the sauce.
