Ingredients
  

Steak and Marinade
  • 1 pound Steak Cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar For marinade
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For marinade
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper Bell pepper Cut into chunks
  • 1 onion Onion Cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini Zucchini Cut into slices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into appropriate sizes for skewering.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
