Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless
  • 1 cup yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Cucumber and Dill Salad
  • 1 large cucumber sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Salad
  1. In another bowl, mix sliced cucumber, chopped dill, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Toss to combine.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Serve
  1. Serve the grilled chicken with the cucumber and dill salad on the side.
