Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Dumpling Wrappers
  • 10 sheets Rice Paper
For Frying
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Assemble the Dumplings
  1. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable, then place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold to seal.
Fry the Dumplings
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry dumplings until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
