Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and diced
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt to taste salt
  • pepper to taste pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled potatoes and mix until well coated.
  5. Fold in celery, green onions, and bacon.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
