Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 200 grams Noodles preferably egg noodles
Chicken
  • 500 grams Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the Noodles
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until crispy and golden brown.
Add Vegetables
  1. Add bell pepper, carrots, and green onions to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Combine with Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stir well.
Serve
  1. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, toss everything together and serve hot.
