Prepare the Noodles

- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until crispy and golden brown.
Add Vegetables
- Add bell pepper, carrots, and green onions to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Combine with Sauce
- In a bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stir well.
Serve
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok, toss everything together and serve hot.
