Ingredients
  

Panna Cotta Base
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon pandan extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the mixture over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add pandan extract and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
