- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- In a saucepan, heat the mixture over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add pandan extract and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
