  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  2. Fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
