Ingredients
  

Mint Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • food coloring optional for color

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. If desired, add food coloring to achieve the desired color.
Shape the Mints
  1. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls or shape them as desired.
  2. Place the shaped mints on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the mints for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
