  • 2 medium Courgettes spiralized
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spiralize the courgettes and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the coconut milk and add the spinach.
Cooking
  1. Add the spiralized courgettes to the pan and stir well.
  2. Season with soy sauce and garlic, then cook for 5 minutes.
